👑 Why I Call Myself Lita, Goddess of Growth
I know the title can raise an eyebrow: Lita, Goddess of Growth. It’s bold, it’s intentional, and it’s a phrase I chose with profound consideration for what I am building here. I want to address directly what the word ‘Goddess’ truly means in the context of my work—and I promise you, it has nothing to do with arrogance or self-worship.
Goddess of Growth: An Invocation of Innate Power
For me, the term ‘Goddess’ is not a title of assumed supremacy, but a radical reminder of the innate creative and intuitive power that resides within every single woman. It is an internal compass, a deeply personal and profound symbol. When I invoke the Goddess of Growth, I am speaking about an energy—the life force that drives all cycles, from the smallest seed in the garden to the largest shift in consciousness. It is about actively connecting to the very essence of growth, nature, and the recurring cycles of life, both in the soil of our gardens and in the complex landscape of our personal journeys.
The name encapsulates my own journey of becoming the fullest, most resilient, and most authentic version of myself. I stand firm in the belief that this journey is possible for all of us.
Reclaiming Power Through the Archetype
My use of the word ‘Goddess’ is an invocation of the archetype—a powerful, universal pattern found across all human cultures. This archetype symbolises creative power, intuitive wisdom, boundless nurturing energy, and profound sovereignty. This aligns perfectly with the core of my content: exploring conscious growth, honouring natural cycles, and recognising the inextricable link between our inner world and the structural world around us.
In a world that frequently seeks to diminish or dismiss women’s voices, particularly when they touch on subjects like geopolitics, personal finance, or deeply held spirituality, reclaiming power through the title Goddess of Growth is a deliberate and necessary act of self-authority. It says, unequivocally, “I own my perspective, I own my voice, and I own this space.” It is a foundational statement of authenticity.
A Filter, Not a Flaw: Finding the Right Community
I fully understand that the term ‘Goddess’ may not resonate with everyone. And that is precisely the point. The title Goddess of Growth acts as a powerful, elegant filter, not a flaw.
The people who might be resistant to this spiritually-tinged language are likely not the individuals who will connect with my core message of seeking “balance, not dogma.” They may prefer more conventional, less energetically charged language, and that is perfectly fine. My title effectively attracts the very souls who are reclaiming power in their own lives—those open to exploring deep personal and collective growth—and gently repels those who would be resistant. This curation of community is a strength, allowing us to foster a truly supportive and transformative space where growth can flourish.
By embracing this archetype, I invite you not to worship me, but to recognise and honour the Goddess of Growth that resides within yourself.
This philosophy of sovereign growth is not a solitary practice. It is the foundation of the Sovren Collective—the community I am building from the ground up for souls on this same journey.
