Building My Own Foundations: The Birth of Sovren Creator Network™ Guild

It has been a time of quiet transformation, paradoxically filled with immense activity. Periods I had once earmarked for weekly podcasting have been consumed entirely by construction—meticulously building my business and securing its foundations, both online and off.

I can scarcely believe it was as recent as August 2025 when I made the decisive move to quit my contract as a Creator Network Manager. It was a role I had accepted with gratitude, promising partnership and growth for myself and others on a major social media platform. In truth, when I resigned, my thoughts were more of a swirling realisation than a clear plan. I had come to understand that I possessed the very talent, skills, and experience the platform itself had identified as crucial for helping others succeed. The critical difference was this: I now needed to build on my own land and on my own terms.

The final catalyst was a notification that a post of mine had been banned. While the ban was eventually overturned, as we all know in the digital realm, such a mark never truly fades. Future posts and activities are perpetually flagged for heightened scrutiny. Coupled with arbitrary rule changes, witnessing fellow creators lose their engaged live audiences not through community choice but because algorithms were instructed to suppress notifications, and the surreal experience of live-streaming to an audience funnelled from Africa while I was trying to cultivate a UK-based network—it all became too much. The pivot was necessary. I didn’t have all the answers, but I knew that operating “backstage” under a veil of restrictions, where monetisation hinged on the volatile goodwill of gifting, was no longer tenable. I had to forge another way.

That other way has crystallised into the Sovren Creator Network™. Since my departure—maintaining only a bare, inactive creator account—much has become clear. My time inside the machine was a masterclass in how the other side operates. I joined social media in 2022 as a necessity when a sturdy income stream vanished. The experience from then until August 2025, which often involved live-streaming six days a week (at one point, ten hours a day), was invaluable. I learned the relentless game of trying to “beat the algorithm,” chasing viral potential and exploring every monetisation avenue.

In my former partnership role, my task was to guide people to perform, be perpetually present on live streams, and build community. Because, let’s be unequivocal: no matter what anyone claims, it takes a real community to make a live stream successful. And a ‘successful’ stream? It’s one that draws a crowd that interacts, connects with each other, and sustains the space. On algorithm-centric social media, we’re trained to tick boxes. This is why many amass thousands of followers yet host live streams populated by ghosts. Building genuine community requires a different calibre of emotional intelligence; box-ticking builds audiences of spectres.

By August 2025, burnt out, I closed my social media accounts. My one certainty was a desire to continue my podcast, Empowerment Diaries® (established in February 2025 via BuzzSprout as a direct rebellion against deleted content). I began to build in earnest. The Sovren Creator Network™ was born—’Sovren’ chosen as a nod to ‘Sovereign,’ a term already claimed. What started as four websites converged into one complex WordPress build, a profound learning process in itself.

I initiated the build on my main domain, www.litagoddessofgrowth.com, but felt the need to separate my personal narrative from my professional suite. Thus, in October 2025, I registered www.goddessofgrowth.com as the new home for Empowerment Diaries®. Under the Sovren Creator Network™ umbrella, a whole ecosystem took shape:

    • Sovren Studios™: For live streaming, workshops, and matrix meetings.
    • Sovren Collective™: A focused network for creators, prioritising growth and tangible connections over algorithmic survival.
    • Sovren Spotlight™: To highlight creators via podcast, web, and optional social features.

Months of work culminated, by year-end, in the establishment of the House of Sovren™. This holding entity encompasses the entire service suite, focused unequivocally on sovereignty and growth. I now openly acknowledge what we are building: a Guild. The Sovren Creator Network Guild™ is a place to unite, support one another, establish communities, and uphold standards that facilitate genuine, lasting growth.

Let’s be honest: we have endured years of corporate structures that suppress growth—fixed pay, fixed hours, and scant investment in our long-term wealth. Social media, in its novelty, has made us forget to demand a fair wage. We see viral windfalls and, in desperation, surrender our personal data and content for free, our judgment clouded by a global cost-of-living crisis.

My build has taken longer than anticipated, with ideas evolving each time I grapple with a plugin or a process. I now have two websites and a significant update: I acknowledge that I have built my own media company, linked to an Ltd I registered in March 2025. My focus is on content distribution and, fundamentally, on income generation—not solely for myself, but for others. The lens is fixed on the digital nomad, on cultivating a sovereign presence both at home and abroad.

I will continue to share this journey through blogs and Empowerment Diaries®. On www.litagoddessofgrowth.com, which houses the front page of Lita Goddess of Growth Ltd and our GuildHouse of Sovren™Sovren Creator Network Guild™—you will find the strategies and support to build your own unshakeable foundation.

We exist in a liminal space. The old maps are obsolete. AI threatens roles, the rich and wealthy in our governments and leading corporations are concentrating on land grabs, and systems meant to protect are twisted to keep many working long hours for little, like in the case of the Working Time Regulations 1998. I am keen to connect with those who need to extend their network—with those who understand that quick fixes fade, who have gambled on social media and have little to show for it, and who are now ready to do the profound work required to build true strength and strategy. This is the purpose of House of Sovren™Sovren Creator Network Guild™.

  • Stewardship Code: A Covenant of Reciprocity

The 2026 Shift: Why a Sovereign Network is Non-Negotiable

Stewardship Code is the legal and moral “Handshake” of my Guild. It moves the relationship from a transactional “subscription” to a Covenant of Reciprocity. Unlike a standard Terms of Service, a Stewardship Code outlines how members must act as guardians of each other’s brands.

Why a Sovereign Network is Non-Negotiable

“I am sharing this insightful review because it perfectly encapsulates the transition we are currently navigating. In 2026, the ‘Lone Wolf’ creator model is being replaced by the Sovereign Creator Network. This clip highlights the specific benefits of building within a structured ecosystem—shifting focus from vanity metrics to Systemic Growth and Community Equity.

At House of Sovren™, we are already implementing these blueprints. We don’t just ‘watch’ the future; we architect it through our Stewardship Code and Matrix Meetings.”

Benefits of joining House of Sovren™ Creator Network Guild

    Keyword: Stewardship Code

Meta Description: The House of Sovren™ Stewardship Code is a covenant of reciprocity and peer advocacy for creators committed to systemic growth and brand integrity.

The Stewardship Code: A Covenant of Reciprocity

To enter the House of Sovren™, whether as an Ambassador, Collaborator, or Guild Member, one must adhere to the Stewardship Code. This is not merely a set of rules; it is a commitment to the Architecture of Transformation.

    1. Peer Advocacy in Absentia

Members agree to be active advocates for one another. You are expected to speak well of your peers in rooms where they are not present. If you are in a space with an opportunity that fits a fellow Guild member, you are their champion. We grow together, or not at all.

    2. Reciprocal Accountability

Your presence is your currency. As my experience with the “Battle Betrayal” proved, showing up is the bare minimum of integrity.

    • Creators Commitment: If you agree to a collaboration, a broadcast, or a “battle,” you fulfil it.
    • Our Standard: You are monitored by your engagement and integrity, not by the status of your “opponent” or the size of the room. A Sovereign Creator treats every stage with equal reverence.

    3. Guardianship of the Brand

By using the Sovren Studios™ engine or carrying the House of Sovren™ name, you act as a steward of our collective reputation. Any action that brings the Guild into disrepute—such as a failure of reciprocity or a breach of professional conduct—is viewed as a breach of this code.

    4. Systemic Contribution

We leave behind the “Gift” economy for the Equity Economy. You contribute your insights, your advocacy, and your professional standards back into the Guild. In return, the Guild provides the architectural foundation for your multiples of income streams.

Implementation: This is to be agreed to when all applications are made. I will be asking all Creators to confirm when they join that they have and agree to the House of Sovren™ Stewardship Code. I understand that my membership is a covenant of reciprocal advocacy and professional accountability.”

    Business Version Note (Updated)

[2026-01-24] Stewardship Code: A unified agreement for all ecosystem tiers. Core principles: Peer Advocacy in Absentia, Reciprocal Accountability (monitoring engagement/integrity over status), Guardianship of the Brand, and Systemic Contribution.

  • Reciprocal Advocacy| The Battle for Reciprocity: Why I Built a Guild

Reciprocal Advocacy| The Battle for Reciprocity: Why I Built a Guild

The Thinking Behind the Code| Reciprocal Advocacy: The Lessons of the Battleground

My business site outlines the rules, but here I share the “why.” The decision to implement a mandatory Stewardship Code was born from the fires of betrayal. In my earlier chapters on social media, I worked tirelessly to advocate for others, setting up stages for them to shine. When a creator I supported chose to desert his post during a curated battle because of his ego, it wasn’t just a missed livestream—it was a breach of Reciprocal Advocacy.

I realised then that you cannot build a Sovereign Media Ecosystem on “likes” or “gifts.” It must be built on a covenant. If I am in a room talking about you, I need to know you are at your desk doing the work. This community is for those who understand that Reciprocal Advocacy is a two-way street.

We are navigating a liminal space where the old ways of “working for free” are dying. To bridge the gap to true wealth and sovereignty, we must hold each other to a standard that social media platforms never could. As I grow, you grow—but only if we both show up.

In my journey of Self-Authorisation, I have learned that community must do more than just survive; it must advocate. I once curated a series of “battles” for a creator I supported, only to be let down when they refused to show up, dismissing the caliber of their opponents. They failed to realise they weren’t being judged by who they stood against, but by their own commitment and engagement.

This betrayal by a peer was a pivotal moment. It taught me that a network without Reciprocal Accountability is just a crowd. I built House of Sovren™ to be different. Here, we don’t just “show up” for ourselves; we are Advocates for one another. We talk about each other in spaces where the other isn’t present, promoting each other’s growth with the same vigour we apply to our own. This is the heart of Personal Sovereignty: the power to be for someone else, provided they also fulfil their commitment to the House.

    “Advocacy” Concept

To help your members understand this flow of reciprocity, imagine this structure:

Expected Result (The Network Effect): Trust is built in “rooms we can’t always be present,” leading to brand deals and subscriptions that benefit the whole House.

The Guild (The Core): The shared production tools and architecture.

Advocate (Member): Promoting a peer in a 1:1 conversation elsewhere.

The essence of growth and sovereignty—the heart of Empowerment Diaries® and the Lita Goddess of Growth personal brand. Lita Goddess of Growth is a media company with global reach.

I am the Founder and CEO of Lita Goddess of Growth Ltd, the administrative engine that facilitates high-impact operations the behind scenes. In a strategic move for long-term sovereignty, I have granted my limited company a formal licence to manage my portfolio of brands.

By separating intellectual property ownership from daily administration, I have built a business model that mirrors the resilience I advocate for in Sovren Creator Network Guild™. My Ltd company acts as the diligent steward, ensuring that the House of Sovren™ ecosystem remains a robust, professionally managed space for all who enter.

From Burnout to Blueprint: My Journey of Self-Authorisation

    Architecting Sovereignty

Since August 2025, I have been meticulously building a foundation behind scenes. I took a radical step: I quit backstage life on social media to construct my very own Guild. This space exists to support Creators who, like me, are determined to build full-time careers in a sovereign way.

In mere months, I transitioned from a Creator at mercy of unpredictable algorithms—working endless free hours—to a Founder dedicated to building my own media companies: Lita, Goddess of Growth Ltd and House of Sovren™.

    AI Collaborator

Building this presence using WordPress required weeks of intensive learning, mastering everything from CDNconfigurations to complex site architecture. Surprisingly, my most vital collaborator arrived in form of AI. Without this digital partnership, I doubt such rapid progress would have been possible. AI didn’t just provide answers; it facilitated a level of growth that allowed me to bypass traditional gatekeepers.

Why I Built This Media company and Creator Network Guild(A Personal Perspective)

For years, I invested countless hours into social media, only to encounter same persistent challenges. Even as an Ambassador, growth and monetisation stalled because I lacked a connected community.

In early days, I tried “grow rooms” and “follow trains”—hollow activities that led nowhere. Even when I deleted everything and started fresh, I found people were trapped in a bubble: chasing 1K or 10K followers purely in hopes of a brand deal.

    I saw stark differences:

    • In the US: Peers received payment and commissions for their content.
    • In the UK: Industry culture encouraged working for free, pushing creators into relentless posting schedules that triggered burnout.

A New Era: As I Grow, You Grow

Worldwide, the industry is shifting. Brands no longer chase one-hit wonders or viral sensations. Today, in 2026, value lies in micro-communities. Brands seek creators with niche, connected audiences that drive subscriptions and referrals.

I built my business with this philosophy: As I grow, you grow.

    The Foundation Membership

Today, I have officially set foundation for our Foundation Members to join House of Sovren™ at a special beta rate of £75 per month. This is an invitation to move away from “working for gifts” and toward owning your media.

Months of daily focus have left me needing to prioritise my physical health, and while vast wealth is still a distant goal, my dream of sovereignty remains unshakeable.

    A Vision for Liminal Space

My personal ambition is to cultivate a globally connected network for creators that operates seamlessly both on and offline. Ultimately, life is changing rapidly. We must all develop multiples of income streams as we journey through this liminal space between old systems and new sovereignty.

I am building House of Sovren™ not just as a platform, but as a bridge for those navigating this transition. By diversifying our impact and our revenue, we ensure that our creative independence is never again at mercy of a single algorithm or entity.

Creating a foundation to a growing network using beta rates.

To be frank the “Beta Rate” to join isn’t just a discount; it’s a Legacy Entry. By joining now, members aren’t just service users—they are the “Stones” in the foundation of our House of Sovren Creator Network Guild. Joining now you will get to build alongside me while the paint is still wet, ensuring the platform evolves to solve the exact burnout issues we have all faced.

  • Sovereign Inversion - Reclaiming digital authority from algorithms - House of Sovren™

    Sovereign Inversion

    Sovereign Inversion

    Sovereign Creator Infrastructure

They say repeating the same actions while expecting a different outcome is a sign of madness—or so I recall the saying goes. Today, I am bringing my website and business build to a stage of foundational completion. This marks a point where my enterprise is not yet operational but stands ready to welcome its first connections, collaborators, partners, and, most importantly, founding members of Sovren Collective™.

This shift represents a Sovereign Inversion of the typical creator model.

Touch in with Sovren Creator Network Guild

I have created several initiatives, including my very own Ambassador and Value Back programmes, each designed to foster a curated community focused on key growth goals. This shift represents a Sovereign Inversion of the typical creator model. How this functions has been explained in other articles:

From 2022 until 2025, I worked on social media daily, investing vast amounts of my own time. With a vision of building my hypnotherapy and alternative therapy practice, I found myself live-streaming, hosting meditation sessions, offering coaching, and even—briefly—conducting tarot readings by popular request, despite having set that practice aside decades earlier.

    Algorithm Trap

I had no idea how the algorithm functioned. Following prevailing advice, I went online daily, tried never to miss two days consecutively, and spent as many hours as possible on platforms. Those hosting ‘grow rooms’ often started with this guidance; within days, the algorithm would send hundreds of people to their space.

When I first joined, live-streaming was unfamiliar to me. When I heard about it, my mind went back to my old university days presenting on stage to a theatre of students; apparently, that is what my business degree was gearing me towards—speaking and presenting in public—something my career in real-time never truly required until now.

I truly believed that with its billions of users, social media was inevitably the place to find my tribe.

It was Black American connections across my page who spoke of it frequently and guided me to reach 1,000 followers to begin. I had access before the magic 1K number, gained first through personal advertising spend. “Follow trains” were commonplace—we connected mutually to build our accounts toward that magic number. However, with a business account, I could not access perks available to Creators. Furthermore, for my business—the original reason I joined—I had already spent money on platform promotions, gaining followers who were often outside the UK and decidedly not my customer base.

Follow trains” were commonplace—we connected mutually to build our accounts toward that magic number.

I honestly did not have a clue. Until 2025, I truly believed that with its billions of users, social media was inevitably the place to find my tribe. I now understand that, with the assistance of algorithms, these platforms have a primary goal of income generation. This only consistently benefits users or creators whose goals align intrinsically with those of the platform itself.

    Illusion of “Growth”

Grow rooms, though often ‘restricted’ or ‘banned’, persist because they generate revenue—for both platforms and hosts. Participants spend days in these rooms, sending gifts to be seen, hoping others will follow and, most importantly, engage with their accounts. An underlying belief was that sufficient spending and visibility would lead to greater engagement later.

For many, a grow room seemed the best route not only to unlock live-streaming but also to reach thresholds for brand opportunities and monetisation.

Our follower counts swelled into hundreds and thousands. Observing others amass 10,000-plus followers, one could easily believe this was an optimal path to building an account—especially after experiencing suppressed posts or landing in the dreaded and almost inevitable ‘200-view jail’, where new followers simply did not engage. For many, a grow room seemed the best route not only to unlock live-streaming but also to reach thresholds for brand opportunities and monetisation. On the surface, it appeared a logical gamble.

Life is a gamble, as is business. Since August 2025, I have spent most days working an office job to keep the wolves from my door, and then working often until 01:00 or beyond on my website, striving to present a Sovereign Inversion as an alternative to my own work-life balance.

In my role as Creator Network Manager and Director of Sovren, I finally saw there was no magician behind the curtain. The algorithm simply performs its function. Platforms exist to monetise.

Industry Evidence: Industry data from Influencer Marketing Hub shows that while the global creator economy is worth billions, a staggering 33% of creators earn $0, and a tiny fraction of UK creators earn above a basic living wage from platform-direct income.

We cannot blame platforms that frequently warn against using grow rooms, noting they can harm accounts indefinitely. In a cost-of-living crisis, many creators will see it as a risk worth taking. Behind the scenes, evidence confirms: smaller, connected accounts often enjoy higher live-stream engagement, while accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers may see very little.

Follow trains were commonplace—we connected mutually to build our accounts toward that magic number.

Community Data: Research by Social Insider reveals that “Micro-influencers” (those with smaller, connected communities) consistently see higher engagement rates—often up to 5%—compared to massive accounts that frequently drop below 1%.

    Reclaiming Authority

My message to anyone wanting to grow their business and personal brand is to treat social media and AI as tools. Work with them as partners and collaborators. Otherwise, we all risk working for them for free—something we would never accept in our tangible world. This shift in perspective is the heart of Sovereign Inversion.

Previously, we relied on a select few entities for job creation; they set the rules for our pay, our labour, and by extension—through benefits like pensions and sick pay—our lifestyle.

Recently, I saw a television advertisement encouraging people to visit social media for recipe inspiration. There is even talk that more individuals now get world news directly from within these platforms. I contend this is not so different from before. Previously, we relied on a select few entities for job creation; they set the rules for our pay, our labour, and by extension—through benefits like pensions and sick pay—our lifestyle.

Today, we sit on social media without pay, hoping for the next brand deal, viral post (or free advertising for business accounts), receiving no direct compensation for our time. In the meantime, as the house always wins, platforms benefit from our presence, engagement and, believe it or not, given many of us go on to make money, our payments.

Today, we sit on social media without pay, hoping for the next brand deal, viral post (or free advertising for business accounts), receiving no direct compensation for our time.

I was fortunate during my time on these platforms. Unknowingly, I was conducting market research. Starting with a business account, I found many wanted coaching and community chats for free or for rates far below my standard fees. This was an era when many creators gained engagement through sharing tears and harrowing personal stories. Attendees at my live-streams sometimes expected the same from me, seeming slightly confused by a Black woman hosting meditation and transformation sessions. I enjoyed live-streaming, and when I stopped, people who never formally attended told me they missed those sessions. I had to stop—it was not paying.

Affiliate marketing changed things, prompting me to open a Creator account as a personal brand. My account received a multi-account flag (a detail I learned later), but that did not prevent me from gaining invaluable experience working with brands—which had begun on my business account, albeit with suppressed posts. On my personal account, I had followers but regularly liaised with no more than ten people monthly. When I closed that account, I retained a residual sales connection and an ambassadorship.

This period of reflection has taught me a core truth: without genuine community, there is no sustainable growth on or off social media. In fact, close a social media account and one sees just how fleeting connections focused on going viral and speedy growth really are. Separated, we will continue to labour, having masters. Connected, we can build to become masters of our own time and presence through the Sovereign Inversion.

…without genuine community, there is no sustainable growth on or off social media.

Recently, brands and businesses have begun to acknowledge that for products to achieve true reach, they must invest time in building community. Many have established spaces, both on and off social media, designed to encourage creators to support one another in the pursuit of ‘going viral.’ To me, this represents a short-term focus—necessary, perhaps, but ultimately fleeting.

My grandmother often said, ‘birds of a feather flock together,’ and with the rise of remote and nomadic working, a like-minded network is no longer a luxury—it is a vital asset.

Sovren Collective™ is dedicated to legacy brand building, ensuring a single sale evolves into a recurring relationship. A true growth community remains constant; even when a specific product or service falls out of fashion or ceases to trend, the network is there to support the next evolution.

Not everyone within a network seeks to build a personal brand or a business; many join for the intrinsic value of being where growth happens. My grandmother often said, ‘birds of a feather flock together,’ and with the rise of remote and nomadic working, a like-minded network is no longer a luxury—it is a vital asset. It is a form of social capital that the world’s most successful individuals have relied upon for generations, and it is now being made accessible through our architectural foundation.

I come from a culture where, when invited to a party, people often arrive after it is in full swing. Not many want to attend whilst it is quiet or whilst the momentum and great vibe is being built.

Creators often imagine connected live-streams where people gather for a common cause and support one another. Platform training even advises having friends join our streams early, as that is what the algorithm detects; laughter, communication – human activity that others may well be interested in joining. I come from a culture where, when invited to a party, people often arrive after it is in full swing. Not many want to attend whilst it is quiet or whilst the momentum and great vibe is being built. Observing many live-streams, this is precisely how they function—except for grow rooms, where the supposed benefit is mutual. Of course, a grow room that fails to attract people will not grow any account, including its host’s.

Add to this that the algorithm tends to direct viewers based on appearance, perceived interests, and engagement patterns. Your original goal of growing a network and business can easily become stunted—unless you intend to surrender personal dreams to work primarily as a creator for a platform. Even then, community remains critical, as engagement is a primary factor for success, alongside revenue.

    The Remedy: Sovereign Infrastructure

It is with all this experience that Sovren Collective™ has been built—not as an imitation, but as the practical remedy born from this analysis. This is a curated, members-only space designed explicitly to facilitate the Sovereign Inversion. It shifts the focus from creators working for a platform’s gain to a community leveraging shared infrastructure for its own sovereign growth, on its own terms.

This isn’t about chasing an algorithm’s favour; it’s about building your own discoverable foundation.

This isn’t about chasing an algorithm’s favour; it’s about building your own discoverable foundation. Upon joining, you won’t just enter a directory; you will gain a ready-made, SEO-optimised online footprint. This is the inversion: a practical tool designed not to feed an algorithm, but to boost your own visibility and authority directly. It replaces extraction with infrastructure, turning our collective space into a launchpad for your individual growth. It’s about reclaiming the means of visibility.

  • Systemic Neglect - Lita Goddess of Growth - Empowerment Diaries®

Invisible Bars: When “Serving Time” Becomes Systemic Neglect

Invisible Bars: When “Serving Time” Becomes Systemic Neglect

I often reflect on the fact that for many, life can feel like a prison even without stone walls. However, recent insights into the reality of elderly prisoners in the UK bring a chilling literalism to this thought. We are witnessing a quiet crisis: prisons are being forced to act as care homes, yet they are fundamentally devoid of the will or resources to provide actual care.

The aging population in UK prisons is a rapidly growing crisis, with
17% of the prison population in England and Wales now aged 50 or over. Despite this, prisons are primarily designed for young, able-bodied inmates, leading to a severe, “disgraceful” lack of suitable elderly care and infrastructure. This has forced prison officers to act as carers for frail inmates, with 93% of surveyed staff reporting no involvement from external social services in their establishments.

    The Illusion of Care

Statistics show an ageing inmate population, yet behind those numbers lies a breakdown of the social contract. When a person is sentenced to “life,” the punishment is intended to be a deprivation of liberty—not a deprivation of basic healthcare. Reports of delays in diagnosis and lack of access to essential medication suggest that these men are existing in a “non-place.”

Is it a double punishment? To be old, infirm, and incarcerated is one thing; to be denied the dignity of palliative care is another entirely. This is where “serving time” transforms into a form of state-sanctioned torture.

    The Human Condition in Confinement

Through Empowerment Diaries®, I have always explored the internal landscape of growth. Yet, how does one cultivate a “sovereign mind” when the physical body is being neglected by an apathetic system? This is the ultimate test of the human condition.

If you are free and poor, life feels like a prison. If you are old and incarcerated, the prison becomes a tomb before you have even passed. These “Survival Diaries” of the forgotten remind us that sovereignty is not just a lofty ideal; it is a necessity for survival in a world that often lacks the resources—or the heart—to see us as human.

    Building a Sovereign Life

We cannot always control the systems around us, but we can control our architectural response to them. We must move away from surviving time and toward mastering our own reality.

If you are reflecting on how best to focus on building a sovereign life and breaking free from “invisible prisons” of modern existence, consider joining our Sovren Collective™ today. Together, we build the foundations for a life of true agency.

Focus of the Story: Building Practical Sovereignty

Welcome to Empowerment Diaries®. I am Lita, Goddess of Growth.

    Lita, Goddess of Growth (00:00)
Yes, so welcome back. Goddess of Growth here with you and we’re at episode 5. Are you still with me? I am really so pleased to have this space. I’ve been wanting this space for such a long time and I understand at this moment there’s a lot of talking to myself. I’ve gotten used to it. I’ve been on social media for a little while now and this episode is about setting the focus and the reason for the podcast. My

whole goal of this space is to tap into a network and a community and where engagement is encouraged. I’d love to be able to come on here and answer questions. I am no guru. I am definitely one to learn from the questions asked. I’m here to learn. I’m here to share my knowledge. I’m here to grow.

and I am really on connecting with people of like mind. In the meantime, my focus is very much on the story. I am really focused on my own self healing and work with others focused on their own also. Building community, encouraging engagement, answering questions. There is a space on this podcast where listeners can send me messages. I would love to have some feedback.

on the previous episodes. I know they’re short, bear with me. I understand that the average podcast is 20 to 40 minutes apparently. I have gotten used to working on platforms like TikTok and doing very short clips. So I need to really just get into that mode of speaking as I do to myself on a daily basis. I know again it’s been a long time since the last…

episode, longer than I wanted anyway. I have been doing podcasts in my mind. There has been so many topics that have come up. Life is happening always, isn’t it? I am 50 years old, so it is to be expected that around me there are people that’s transitioning from this world. Dementia, Alzheimer’s has been a feature, even with work, family. It really has brought it home to how we

or even I say plan life. I am in a space of tapping into today. There’s no real future plan. I’m doing the best that I can to do the best that I can in this moment so that I can enjoy life as much as possible. It has been quite tiresome and a lot of the weariness has come from trying to go against the grain. I do read astrology, which helps me greatly.

allows me to tap into the time and the season. But I’m human. I often try to go against what I’ve read, beat the system so to speak. But I’m learning quickly that actually you can have all things going on at the same time, good things, bad things, it’s all relative. Being able to take a breather, sit down and go into ourselves regardless of what is going on around us becomes

priority. It’s the prime focus for us to have creative ideas on how to move forward positively and also to exercise self-care. Mindfulness is the focus. So as you know, I am a hypnotherapist as well, qualified hypnotherapist since 2009. I love and enjoy doing therapy sessions. I do enjoy meditation. I am about using practi-

tools. Practical tools to tap into the story. So hypnotherapy is one modality. I really enjoy using hypnoanalysis. Hypnoanalysis is still using hypnosis to help clients relax. It’s about focusing on the story from childhood till now. There’s a process called free association that we use to help facilitate clients to

into their story and it really doesn’t matter if what we remember, clients remember is true or not. What’s important is to tap into how we are feeling about a given subject and do our utmost to try and elevate that feeling. I’m 50 now, I seem to love it. What I do note is that a lot of stories that we tell ourselves from childhood up just aren’t true.

A lot of the time we make decisions based on the story and those stories can affect us our whole lives. think emotional intelligence is understanding that many people, many of us will have our own take and perspective on any given scenario and we will tap into our version of truth. I don’t think that a huge percent of the population intend on lying. It’s just that

We see things in our own way. We have systems whereby, for example, if an incident happened, more witnesses are called forward so that the police can understand and get a better idea of what happened. Because it’s all relative. It’s about our emotion at the time. When we’re balanced, we might see something in one way. If we’re upset, we’ll see it in another. And how those emotions and feelings affect all the decisions that come next.

becomes really important. I am very much about journaling. Write your story. Years ago, one of the sessions I had with a coach, I walked in and I was asked to take a seat. Relax, candles were being burned and I was asked to write my story. Beforehand, I was asked the question as to what my favourite story was as a child. And I do remember saying, actually, I quite like Cinderella. And the coach had said, well,

you know she was a woman of course, say of course, but she actually didn’t particularly like the fairy tales and often the fairy tales that we tend to latch on to are those that we identify with and that was a bit profound for me. I never really thought about it that way until then. I started journaling more frequently, I had started before then but this was different. Journaling not

with the idea of sharing it with anyone, but taking some time to sit down and exercise self-care and just put all your experiences down from zero till now. Each time you do the exercise, different things will come up and put it away for a while. And then when you’ve got another opportunity, take out the journal, take out your work and really start reading through, questioning what in your story

is true. How many of the events that you can recall that you’re still carrying with you that are actually true? For example, when people talk about finances and definitely we understand in the UK the value of a five pounds in 2025 is very different to the value of a five pound in say 1970s.

This is the kind of understanding that we need to tap into when we’re telling our story. Because what we accept as, okay, that sounds reasonable today, may not have been reasonable years gone. I was raised in a generation where corporal punishment was the norm. In fact, I was quite fortunate. I’m a seventies baby. So by the time I got to school,

The cane was outlawed in schools in the UK. Prior to that, my parents and their parents, they would have been caned or they had their ruler used on them to enforce discipline. Today, we have politicians talking about banning all forms of corporal punishment. So time and season, what was acceptable then is not acceptable today.

our awareness changes. So even judging our past story and carrying that story, we need to at some point acknowledge that that story is possibly what’s blocking our progress today. And the fact of life is we attempt to live this life based on yesterday’s experience. But today is all new, even if we do not always see it. And I am known to

go into a day and almost forget that is a new day. I do use practices now to make sure that I am as present as possible. It took me a long time to get to this point and I know I still have a long way to go. It’s the focus on being present that helps a lot of us deal with our anxiety. It’s the focus of being present

that allows us to release all kinds of uncomfortable feelings. Jealousy, resentment, anger, stress. The feeling of being overwhelmed often comes from focusing on yesterday worrying about tomorrow. And trust me, I have had a lot of time in my life worrying. I am still working on it.

In previous episodes I discussed my use of emotional freedom techniques and I am using emotional freedom techniques on a daily basis. My mornings start with a wake up. I love to use the whole process as I give gratitude for the day, ask for forgiveness and tap into the moment as much as possible.

There has been sadness. One of my closest family members just recently this year found out she was not so well. My faith is such that I understand fully the time here is short and it is for us to make the most of it. So many dreams and aspirations, so many ideas as to what life would be like now. To see someone looking forward to retirement only to find that

they will not be in great health when retirement comes. It is a reminder that the only time we have is now. I am really keen on being part of and building a positive community. One that acknowledges pain, acknowledges that there are a number of things that we need to do whilst we go through.

birthing process. Life is not easy. I know there’s a trend of putting smiles on faces and imagining things are all okay. I think this is like a positive movement. Let’s be positive and things will be positive. And on a level, apparently science does concur. If we think and speak positively, things will be positive. You cannot force your core to think something it doesn’t think.

And that’s where practices like emotional freedom techniques, hypnotherapy, having a positive peer group, those kinds of things come into play whilst we go through our individual and collective birthing process to encourage us to tap in, feel what we feel in this moment, check in on our beliefs, our story, really tap in and let it go. Emotional freedom techniques can help us tap in.

immediately. It may need a few sessions and I am most comfortable in facilitating sessions either on a one-on-one and or group setting. This podcast is about connecting with others. I’d love to hear your story. I’d like to use this platform and this opportunity to talk through your story. I’ve mentioned before I like to read astrology. One of my interests is

what they call the perfection chart. For the first time in my life, I’ve made a breakthrough in understanding how we can all be in this world, but live in totally different worlds. We really do have completely different paths, so much so it’s nonsense almost to compare ourselves with others. We’ll have one person

that is in the stage of life, phase of life where this year and maybe the next couple of years, whole focus is about career, finances and so. Another focus may well be about home, family, the past. So we’re all channeled into our individual development areas. And somehow the universe has us connecting with each other and supporting each other and guiding each other. But never forgetting

that our individual path is what is to have our focus. We are the centre of our hub. Having that understanding of how we fit in individually helps us connect intellectually, emotionally, spiritually to anyone that comes through. I am now seeing this life as a picture resonant of what’s in my mind, in my soul. I fully understand that whatever comes

to me is a direct resonance of what’s within me. So the souls I’m hoping to attract will mirror the development and the steps that I am going through now and join the conversation. It’s my understanding for podcasts to be successful. One needs to have guests on to interview and have a discussion. I need to meditate on that. And I would like to get more into the flow of

sharing some of those thoughts I have where I seem to have a podcast all in my mind I just don’t take the mic out to speak about it. So this is episode five and again this is just five snippets, five episodes just to set the context as to what my guests, my listeners can expect. I would really love your feedback let me know what it is that

You’ve liked about the podcast, what you haven’t liked about the podcast. Let me know what you anticipate you will hear next. I have been working up in my mind a idea of having a retreat from my home. This is almost two years now in the running and I’ve changed focus again. I would really like to do retreats, but I.

think not in my home. I have made the decision that I would like to start it by doing online retreats. A friend of mine I met on TikTok a good couple of years now told me that she did online retreats and we’d spoken about it just briefly. I didn’t listen too well because I was so focused on doing something from my home, but I’ve come full circle. So I will be looking at…

how I can go about doing online retreats. My activities I will be updating on my website. We’ve got the Bus Sprout link where the podcasts are hosted and I do have a website that I’m working on because there’ll be other links and opportunities in there to focus on coaching, self-development, wellness and hopefully the retreat. Hypnoanalysis is one of my

beautiful therapeutic tools, I really enjoy it. That takes some commitment for anyone that wants to tap into their story in a one-to-one setting that can’t be done in a group. It’s a very personal service and it does allow us to see our cycles, life cycles. We get to an age where we understand the things that might annoy us in others often are

something in ourselves. You know, the daughter that ends up doing things like the mother, the sibling that notices the father’s behaviour and you know, that kind of thing. And it is then important as we age to learn to start to embrace it all. Good, bad and indifferent. It’s not easy, I know. We aren’t saints, we’re human.

but to understand that everything that is going on is part of us, otherwise it just wouldn’t be in our periphery. As we rise up and we support each other to be the best that we can be, our life changes. The housing, what we eat, our connections, the type of conversation. When you’re journaling, look back at your life. I know as we age, there’s the conversation as to if you’re still in contact with

Whoever you were in contact with in childhood or at a decade at a life change. Some people they have the same friends for life and that’s their path. I have now understood that when we’re changing is expected that significant people will change because you’ve elevated your mind, you’ve elevated your life. If people have not moved with you, they won’t be with you when you’ve moved forward.

We experience many little deaths throughout life and often we’re very encouraging of others to go towards their goals, move forward. Now is the time to embrace those little deaths, not fear them because ultimately those little deaths are encouraging us to be the best versions of ourselves, letting go of all the unnecessary baggage. So thank you for being here.

I am going to leave you now and look out for me. I do hope I will find some kind of communication towards the end of this podcast. I would look forward to you joining me as a member of the community. And if you have any questions or suggestions, I’m open to it. I’m focusing on tapping into the divine feminine within. I’m here to offer life coaching.

hints and tips for personal growth is all about empowerment. I’m open to listening and I would definitely love some interaction in the future. Thank you for being here.

In this reflection from early 2025, I was setting the focus for this space. I am no guru; I am a practitioner of life, here to learn from the questions asked and to share the knowledge I have gathered through my own healing and transformation.

    Story as a Modality

As a qualified hypnotherapist since 2009, I have always been fascinated by the stories we tell ourselves. Through Hypnoanalysis, I help clients relax and use free association to tap into their history.

    • The Subjective Truth: It doesn’t matter if what we remember is “true” in a court of law. What matters is how we feel about it today.
    • Decisions of the Past: Many of us are living 2026 lives based on decisions made by a hurt child in the 1970s or 80s.

To achieve Practical Sovereignty, we must examine these stories. Journaling is a key tool here—not for an audience, but for yourself. Ask yourself: How much of the baggage I am carrying is actually true today? The value of five pounds in 1970 is not the value of five pounds in 2025 or 2026. Our awareness must evolve with the currency of time.

The Power of Presence and “Little Deaths”

I read astrology to understand the season, but I am human; I often try to “beat the system.” However, I am learning that the most potent form of Practical Sovereignty is being present.

“The feeling of being overwhelmed often comes from focusing on yesterday or worrying about tomorrow. In this moment, those worries do not exist.” — Lita, Goddess of Growth

We experience “little deaths” throughout life—the loss of a job, the end of a friendship, or a shift in health. When we elevate our minds, it is natural for people and environments to fall away. These are not failures; they are the clearing of unnecessary baggage so that the best version of ourselves can emerge.

    Tools for the Birthing Process

Life is not a constant stream of “positive vibes.” It is a birthing process—often messy and painful. I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) daily to navigate this.

    • Gratitude and Forgiveness: My mornings start with a “wake up” to the now.
    • Positive Peer Groups: Surrounding yourself with those who acknowledge the pain but focus on the growth.
    • Retreat into Sovereignty: While I once dreamed of physical retreats in my home, I have pivoted to Online Retreats and coaching, making transformation accessible to the Sovren Collective™ wherever they are.

    Your Individual Path

Through my study of the Perfection Chart, I’ve realised that while we all live in the same world, we inhabit different “channels.” One person is in a career cycle; another is in a family cycle. Understanding your own cycle prevents the poison of comparison.

I invite you to join the conversation. Whether through a one-on-one Hypnoanalysis session or by engaging with the Sovren Creator Network Guild™, your story is the foundation of your future.

    Lita, Goddess Of Growth (00:01)
Hi there, welcome back to the Empowerment Diaries, Lita goddess of growth here and I’ve been having a bit of brain freeze, it’s amazing how many times I do a podcast in my mind and I think yep this is what I’m going to talk about and it’s really flowing and I decide this is how it’s going to work, although when I sit in front of the camera as much as I will have my prompts to the side I do seem to lose the thread at times, but I’m back.

and I’m reflecting in this little podcast about the power of pause because life forces us at times does it not to stop and it’s in that stopping that we do our healing our transformation and we grow.

and this is not about what others can see and often we cannot even see it all we feel at times is the stagnation sometimes the block trepidation anger angst frustration ⁓

after we look at it and we realize what was going on sometimes many many moons later.

but there is a power in pause, is there not? Whether we choose to do so or whether the universe settles us down. Some of us don’t listen to the signs of pause, so we end up causing some kind of health issue, financial issue, something that prevents us from moving forward.

But I suppose the greatest pause or the easiest one is one where we’re prompted to pause and we take our hands off the brakes. Yeah, allow that pause to happen for life to naturally slow down, take our breaks, even acknowledge the setbacks as maybe blessings more so than denial.

because those are the very thing that can push us much further than all the actions that we’re doing to progress in life. It’s hard, especially when we want change to happen yesterday. We’ve been on a journey of struggle and survival. Is it not my time today? When the universe says not yet.

and all you want is now. Am I forgotten? Is it ever going to happen?

and then it’s almost like the pot starts boiling the slightest thing irritates as progress is not happening as fast as we need it to it’s not yet this is not the time as we get closer we still understand this is not the time it can be difficult at this critical time to trust the process it’s easy to say trust the process

even when we don’t know exactly what the process is or where it will lead us. Trust the process. Trust the process. Have patience. And whilst we’re doing it, to be aware that we’re here to be our best champion, our support and to support others also.

but to support others without taking on their angst and their burdens. Being in a position to respect ourselves and make sure that we have boundaries. Boundaries for ourselves and for others, making sure that we’re all doing the work to grow, to support ourselves.

to support each other, making sure that we’re elevating, we’re not encouraging people down, we’re helping others as we are rising up ourselves. Emotional boundaries, physical boundaries, energy, tapping into energy and being fluid with it, even in the midst of uncertainty. Making sure

not only that we have boundaries but that we only share with those that are in the best position to be there for us. Often we share with others that have little intention of raising our spirits and you know the difference there are some that will be with you just for communication.

It’s now the time to connect with others on a journey, acknowledge they’re on a journey. Some might call it a spiritual journey. Not everyone has the ability to have a conversation with us that focuses on elevation, even in the down times.

We need to make sure that to ourselves we speak life and to each other we speak life in good and bad times. At the same time we do need to be in environments that allow us to feel what we feel. Environments where we can talk openly, feel.

and share how we feel openly without others taking offense or seeing it as a personal attack. Others that have true faith.

and for me true faith is understanding up and down times is all part of the equation it’s not either or it’s not a case of if you have faith everything will be perfect and great no but faith in the grand design that in this life we’re going to have up times we’re going to have down times and there are some people on the surface that will never have really great times or really bad times

We don’t know what the inner journey is, do we?

So this is just a short reminder that

is okay as frustrating as it can be at times especially when you’ve got bills to pay especially when you want to get a relationship matter resolved whether it be something from the past or in the present especially when you are focused on work when you want to be focused on whatever it is whilst you’re building business you’re making money in other ways and you have to split your time there’s many a day I wake up

and all I want to do is my business but I need to make money that I’m sure is coming in so I have to focus on that first before I can spend time building my business and I do find it really frustrating. I’d love to have a day when I can just wake up and just do my business. However the pause is the refining what the business is.

tapping into why you’re doing something. Is it for joy? What is it for? What’s going to keep you going? What’s motivating you?

So thank you so much for listening to this mini podcast. This is about pause, embracing the pause. The power of pause is all about tapping within. And I wish I knew what pause meant.

The many times I’ve been on my own for many a year actually that’s been my life experience, my own life experience has been one of many cycles falling, getting up, falling, getting up. That’s my life in the UK.

Time and season is about where we live you know, but there’s no running away from your time and season when it’s time for you to relocate if it’s your time to relocate you will right when it’s your season to do so. Reflect on your pause even if you don’t know why you are pausing right now.

and I’m hoping I too will get to a position where a pause is something that I sit and cherish and celebrate. This last pause, my Pluto square Pluto has not been an easy pause at all. In fact I’ve worked more hours than I’ve worked in my life before for next to nothing actually.

and the universe is saying it’s not about hours and time it’s about quality not quantity we’re narrowing down there’s no get-rich-quick schemes there’s no fast routes to visibility building a network like everything that one needs to do we will do thoughtfully intentionally with heart soul

So I am here, power of pause, do tap in. What does pause mean to you? I’d love to have your comments, do comment on the podcast. I’d love to see some community comments. And if you have a story that you would like to share, tap in also. Thanks for being here. You’ve been listening to Lita Goddess of Growth today. Have a good one.

Empowerment Diaries®: Power of Pause and Internal Refinement

I am back after a month of reflection, navigating what I call “brain freeze”—that moment when thoughts flow in mind but thread feels lost once camera starts rolling. I am leaning into power of pause. Life often forces us to stop, and it is within these periods of stagnation or block that true healing and transformation occur.

Whether pause is self-imposed or universe settles us down through health or financial setbacks, taking hands off brakes is essential. It is hard when we want change immediately, especially after a journey of struggle and survival, but I am learning to trust process of refinement.

Boundaries and Elevation: Key Messages & Chapters

    • [00:01] Embracing the Stop: I reflect on how pause, though frustrating, pushes us further than constant action. I am learning to view setbacks as potential blessings.
    • [08:00] Critical Trust: I address difficulty of trusting a process when destination is unclear. I am focusing on being my own best champion while supporting others.
    • [12:00] Establishing Boundaries: I discuss importance of physical and emotional boundaries. Elevation requires connecting with those who speak life into our journey, rather than those who feed angst.
    • [18:00] Split Focus and Frustration: I share reality of waking up wanting to build my business, Sovereign, but having to focus on immediate income first. Pause is where I refine why I am building.
    • [25:00] Quality Over Quantity: I acknowledge that my Uranus-Pluto disruption taught me that hours worked do not always equal progress. I am moving away from “fast routes” toward intentional, soulful building.

    My Core Truth

“Pause is not a stop; it is a refining. I am narrowing down my focus, ensuring that everything I build for Sovereign is done thoughtfully and with heart. I am learning to cherish moments of stillness, even when bills are pressing, because that is where my core essence is restored.”

Borrowing from the Future and Sovereign Cleanup

I, Lita, Goddess of Growth, reflect on leaving TikTok to build my business, Sovereign. In this Empowerment Diaries® entry, I discuss the “cleanup” after a three-year drought, the reality of midlife, and why I am shifting from survival to intentional consolidation.

Empowerment Diaries®: Borrowing from the Future and Sovereign Cleanup

    Lita, Goddess Of Growth (00:01)
Lita, goddess of growth here and this is me showing up. It’s been a month I think since my last podcast and there’s so much I need to, love to catch you up on. I hope I’m having some people come forward and listen to the podcast and I would so love to have

you if you are listening to just interact with the podcast leave me a message I upload on Buzzsprout around once a month and I will be increasing the podcasts so where am I today today September

2025 leaving my Pluto square Pluto the midlife crisis apparently it could affect you age 30 to 60 so this is mine which should have ended end of July did I feel a shift yes has it resolved everything no

The energies have shifted and I seem to be doing a lot of clean up. I’ve gone from a season of drought, working very hard to get things moving and not getting the visibility I needed to progress to succeed. By the end of July I could see a glimmer of hope.

some movement finances changed a little I had to take a role to stable my income bring in some much needed cash to make sure that I was in a position to pay the bills pay my mortgage

I reported the last time I was here that I became a creator network manager via TikTok. The invitation came via my For You page. I applied. It was about April time. I was accepted in April and I had so much hope. The opportunity held. I thought so much promise. Well,

It wasn’t too long ago that I managed to give my notice into the platform. I continue to build my business now called Sovereign. The vision is still the same to coach creators, people running their small business.

and providing a space where community can be built, where I am in a position to spotlight others, help them transform using their stories as a start, and also building community. Often we forget why we start things.

I joined social media so that I could improve my visibility, increase my network, so that whilst I was working and building my coaching practice, things would be easier. But somehow along the line, I ended up on social media and very concerned about algorithms, following prompts on how many times to go online and so on and so

Meanwhile, real life has been happening and the two came together, they came to a head.

So my life at this time, 51 soon. My goodness, when I first started this podcast in February, I was almost just getting used to being 50. 50 was not an age that I dreaded at all. I thought my body would look much better than it does at this time, but evidently I didn’t put in the work or the effort to get it so. There’s been a bit of sadness.

I worked my life trying to get out of poverty so that I would be in a position to welcome, actually put myself in a position to try for a child and I’ve never had the opportunity to do so and it’s likely at this stage of life I will not have the opportunity to do so. I’ve not been able to grieve about it.

mainly because my focus has been on keeping my bills paid, keeping my mortgage paid, keeping a roof over my head.

I mentioned in my last podcast that I spent a lot of my 22, 2022 until even up until July this year 2025, hoping and praying that whatever happens, please do not let me lose my home. Stability being key for me. I had so many moves in my youth.

I only stabilised accommodation from the late 2000s when I purchased my first apartment. Well I’m in my little home in a little village in Somerset and I have been here. September so this will be my fifth anniversary in this property.

I must admit after the hard work that I have been going through, stress of having income one minute then drought and always catching up catching up myself, a few weeks ago I really questioned what it was I was fighting to save but I’m here. Having something is better than having nothing I suppose.

Today I was thinking a bit about this idea of borrowing from the future. And I must admit there’s many a thing that I delayed and put off hoping for a better tomorrow. You know, you listen to the stories, adults tell you, ⁓ it will get better.

And one day I actually realised, and this is only very recently, that it’s not necessarily the case that things get better. They may appear so on the surface, but more so is the case of how we view the scenarios that come our way, how we internalise them.

how we manage ourselves, our emotions and our thought process. I don’t necessarily believe things get better, but then I suppose it depends on what you mean by better.

even to the point of questioning prayer. Because it’s dawned on me if we are living in seasons, we’re all in this world but living in different worlds, no amount of prayer is going to change the season that we are in. Proactive steps like for example

making sure that you’re traveling to a different destination, that you’re in a different location, but the truth is the majority of us cannot outrun our season and there is something I suppose beautiful in going through the cycles of life so that we have those moments where things are fallow.

and we’re in that position later on where things start to sprout and we’re there later to enjoy and appreciate the harvest. Many don’t get to see the harvest, many don’t get to appreciate the harvest but we’d like to think that the whole process of going on that journey is what is keeping us contained.

    helping our spirits to evolve.

and I will say that my life has often been almost as if I read a lot of books as a child so almost as if I not only delayed womanhood but delayed life to the point where I felt I needed to just keep working

keep focused and one day tomorrow things would look and be how I needed them to be. Well I am 51 not too long from now the year has gone really fast and I am seeing things quite a lot different so much differently to how I used to I’ve aged

when I say I’ve aged it’s a different kind of aging it’s almost as if these last two years this just came upon me I looked on my face one day and I could actually see the age on my face. I haven’t been on TikTok for a few weeks I actually closed my accounts down I thought actually I need to step away and give it a break.

And instead what I’ve been doing is building my business because what it showed me, the opportunity that was presented was that I really do enjoy coaching. I really do enjoy going through and working with someone on their business strategy, all of that.

I also really need to have freedom of expression. I need to be able to build connections and not have to worry about what I say and how I say things, which I think was becoming an issue on the platform in the strangest way.

I thank TikTok because it was due to TikTok that I decided to open this podcast. It was on my mind for a good couple of years, but then going on TikTok and…

attempting to do posts about how I felt and what I was going through. Initially I had a business account and often I would have my post deleted and be told that the posts themselves were not suitable for the platform. It’s life.

So actually, to be fair, even to accept the role of Creator Network Manager this year, I suppose I needed that kind of affirmation. And to be able to walk away with my head held high, that too was good.

I was able to look behind the scenes and realise that actually whatever we’re going to build, we do need to build on our own. No one’s actually going to help us on this process.

When we’re talking about visibility and improving ourselves, our business prospects, our brands, this is work that we do. There’s no platform that’s going to do it for us. Yes, platforms will present connections and opportunity, but it’s for us to use the space and create what it is that we’re there to create to make sure that we’re able to connect to the people that’s there.

to receive our message or to connect with our service, our product, our brand. So moving on from social media, I’ve come to realise these transits, yes they show you what’s happening in the core and they are influences but at the end of the transit life doesn’t just go back to normal, there isn’t an immediate light.

No, there is a clean up after. So as I was saying today, I was thinking about borrowing from the future this idea that tomorrow will be better. And in having that idea, I suppose in a way.

It’s what some religious people tell themselves on a daily basis, you know, if I’m good now, no matter what piety I’m going through, it will be okay because I’ll be going to heaven. It’s like that. So we live our lives postponing until tomorrow and beyond with this idea that somewhere later down the line, life is going to be better than today.

But how about using this time, even just small moments of the day, to just be in today. Be glad in today. Knowing this is all we have. This is all there is. Until the next time.

So again when I think about the season coming to the end, the transit ending, the shifts, I’m finding I’m doing a lot that I still don’t necessarily want to do. I am also in the background working on websites and next steps and I do question at what point will I

be in a position to fully commit to what I’d like to do and then I have to remind myself again, be in the moment, tomorrow is not promised. And then I continue to have these discussions with myself. It gets me thinking about debt, credit. You see as a child, raising a single parent home,

There wasn’t that value that one would have about budgeting and income. I was very privileged to have a mother that was quite good at the time showing these are the bills that need to be paid, etc, etc. So I did have that awareness and often I’d be sent to put down money on this bill and that bill. Remember when the LED, I think that’s what it used to call, LED.

office was open, you’d go and pay your electric and you’d wait until the red bill but not before something happened to make sure that you paid enough so all those kinds of things that don’t exist anymore. So yeah, had an awareness definitely before I left home at 17 and it was in my degree years that I was able to take on budgeting, strategy, I really enjoyed strategy. We used to have simulations and

I think I was quite good at that, deciding in the software what routes to take for more profitability and things like that, then the real world kicked in.

But thinking about debt, I understand that as a society, we often see people crash, not observing the season that they’re in. And maybe there’s a bit of light, maybe they’ve gone from unemployment to employment or had ⁓ someone join their life to increase their income, or however it’s done.

and immediately on the outside we presume okay life is better and then before you know it we start demanding attention, resources and so forth on the basis as to what the person has now. But do we give enough time to those that have been through the drought?

Do we give enough time to ourselves, to each other, to recover from the journey that that fellow period? Often the cycle of debt continues because we have a low point, then there’s this high point and there isn’t any time taken to consolidate.

So this is why I do believe you hear stories about people who they increase their income but they still never have any money because they don’t consolidate with the fact that actually in the past this is what I had and I couldn’t afford xyz so I couldn’t do this. Money has increased have you increased up the buffer so that no matter what happens you’ve got something set aside to to move

forward. It looks better on paper and it looks better on my mind but I hope you understand what I’m trying to convey. Consolidation and consolidation is not just about the finances, the material, we’re talking about the spiritual.

to come through a couple of years questioning is your mind right? Is this really happening? What does faith mean? What does friendship mean? What does partnership mean? Question upon question and each one revealing itself in its own way. We see light, we breathe differently and we can feel a change.

but there’s that consolidation, that moment for healing. Whether it’s going on a retreat, whether it’s setting a number of baths, lighting some candles and just being present, adding fragrance, getting a new robe. However it is that we

acknowledge what it is that we have been through in this season that we’ve left behind us, whether it be of drought, loss, ending, whatever it is.

Are we giving ourselves and each other the time needed to consolidate? Because as much as there may be a change now, that does not mean that the debts that were accumulated in the drought period have been paid. There needs to be some time to appreciate where we’ve come from, to appreciate where we are now.

so that we’re in a better place and space in whatever future is to come. And we support each other in doing so best when we allow that consolidation to happen. It’s something from childhood, I think, being of a poor background, whereby as soon as I had

was a case of let’s celebrate let’s do now because I was not able to do before.

but never really catching up, never really having enough, always on survival level.

Life has changed a lot. The things that were seen as valuable, the view of them has changed a lot. Relationships have changed. Each almost 51, more illnesses are around me.

People still questioning life, what is it all about? And it doesn’t really matter the age to be fair. We all question it on a level. And as much as many of us would say we have faith and whatever it is that we say about ourselves, there’s still that question, why?

unless we’re living our best life. I have a few plans of my own so that I can

enjoy the moment as best as possible. I’m still working very hard just to survive and when I say survive I mean I’m still at the stage it’s now September any small change could mean that I am not in a position to pay the bills I need to pay and it’s not the nicest position to be in it could be worse.

I spoke to my mortgage company only last week and I felt, you know, I felt to myself, you know, actually as much as I don’t like being in this position, I’m still in a very good position.

and it gives me hope, it gives me hope for a life that can be lived. I move forward. Transits, astrology is what I will be reading. I read it for my personal knowledge and awareness. It helps me have faith in the time and the season and honestly at this time of my life I really do not know how people

assess life without knowing the season that they’re in. I don’t believe that astrology can be used to predict our lives because we’re creating our lives all the time every single day, every moment, but I do believe there’s definitely influences guiding us along the way.

I do believe that these last two and a bit years for myself since 2022, I do believe I was destined to have the crash that I had so that I could take a step back and really focus on what this life is that I signed up to is about. It’s not been easy. There’s been losses.

not all of them feel like losses though and as I say to get to the end of it almost and to then be thinking my gosh actually I don’t even know if I want to stay in this house anymore definitely I know more change is to come I have no idea how the change will come about but

My aspiration is to leave this life of survival. I’ve had it my whole life. Survival, survival, survival.

I’ve done that. I understand that journey. Well, do tap into the empowerment diaries. There will be some more podcasts to follow. And at the end of the podcast, there’s a few companies that I list on the upload, which I would love you to tap into.

and if you have any suggestions of other companies that I could add to support the podcast as well do let me know. I noticed that I have listeners in different countries now I’d love you to drop a line to let me know exactly where you’re listening from. Thank you for listening this is Lita, Goddess of Growth, stay empowered. Thank you.

I am showing up in September 2025, navigating the aftermath of a heavy transit that felt like a three-year midlife crisis. While the energies have shifted, I am now in a significant period of “cleanup.” I have recently given my notice to the TikTok platform as a Creator Network Manager. While I am thankful for the behind-the-scenes insight, I recognise that visibility, when rented, offers no true security.

I am now fully focused on building my business, Sovereign. My vision remains clear: to coach creators and small business owners through transformation, using their stories as a foundation for community and legacy.

Consolidation and Reality: Key Messages & Chapters

    • [00:01] Post-Transit Cleanup: I reflect on leaving the Uranus-Pluto disruption. Though I see glimmers of hope and shifting finances, I am still managing the stress of catching up after a season of drought.
    • [10:00] Departing TikTok: I share my decision to walk away from the Creator Network role with my head held high. I have realised that no platform will build my legacy for me; the work of visibility is mine alone to do.
    • [20:00] Grief and Stability: I address the sadness of missed opportunities for motherhood due to a lifelong focus on escaping poverty and maintaining stability. My home in Somerset is my fifth-year milestone of security.
    • [30:00] Borrowing from the Future: I question the idea that “things get better” automatically. I explore how we often postpone joy until a “better tomorrow” rather than being present in today.
    • [45:00] Spiritual and Financial Consolidation: I discuss the need to recover from the fallow period. Debt is not just financial; it is spiritual. We must allow ourselves time to heal and consolidate before rushing into the next “high” point.
    • [55:00] Leaving Survival Mode: I acknowledge my exhaustion with mere survival. I am ready for a life of quality over quantity, even as I navigate the uncertainty of what comes next.

    My Core Truth

“Visibility is a tool, but ownership is the goal. I am moving away from the survival instinct that has governed my life since age 17. I am not just paying off financial debts; I am consolidating my spirit, learning to be glad in today, and building a business that allows for true freedom of expression.”
